Student Life

THE OTHER 153 HOURS

There are 168 hours in a week. Most ISU students take 15 credit hours a semester meaning that they are in class 15 hours in a week. What will you do with the other 153 hours each week? Sleep? We don’t think so!

Some of the most rewarding experiences you’ll have as a Sycamore won’t happen in the classroom. They will come through participation in clubs, sports, student government, and other activities.

Indiana State has nearly 150 student organizations including general interest clubs, academic clubs, honor societies, and social fraternities and sororities. You can also be involved with intramural and recreational sports, NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics, annual events such as Homecoming and ISU Fest, Student Government Association, and Union Board.
