Description

Cutting Stress for the Best is a two hour stress education and awareness program that will relieve the stress endured by students during the week prior to final examinations.  The program hopes to reduce the adverse effects of stress, such as lower grades, by educating students on effective ways to manage their stress and providing them with the tools they need to prevent or manage stressful situations. It will be conducted as a mini stress fair, including six educational and six leisure booths that students will be able to choose to visit.  The six education booths that will be available to students include the following:  time management, communication, personal finances, study habits, stress and food, stress and exercise.  The six leisure activity booths that will be available to students include the following:  yoga, massage therapy, music therapy, create-your-own stress ball station, games station, and painting station.
