Robyn Lugar is an Associate Professor and the BSW Director within the Department of Social Work. She has been on faculty for over 25 years. Her passion is in the area of international social work. She has developed relations with social work programs in Russia, South Korea, Morocco. As an outcome of these relationships, ISU students have traveled to these countries to learn more about social work and social service systems within those countries. In 2007, she was awarded the President's Medal for her international work. She has been the Primary Investigator for a Department of Justice Grant that has provided mentoring for young mothers returning from prison or jail to our community.
