Travel & Lodging Information

Air

We can provide transportation to and from Indianapolis International Airport, located approximately one hour from the Indiana State University campus. Transportation to campus will leave the airport strictly at 12:00 p.m. so we ask that your flight arrive in Indianapolis by 11:30 a.m. (EST) on Sunday, July 12, 2020. Transportation to the airport from campus will leave campus no earlier than 1:00 p.m. (EST) so please book your departure flight after 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, July 18, 2020.  If you require transportation to and from the airport, please email admissions@indstate.edu.  If you do not notify our office of your travel plans, there is no guarantee that you will have transportation.

Bus

If you are traveling by bus to the Terre Haute area, please use Greyhound. We can provide transportation to and from the Greyhound bus station, located approximately five minutes from the Indiana State University campus. We ask that your bus arrive in Terre Haute no later than 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, July 12, 2020. Your departure time from Terre Haute should be 1:00 p.m. (EDT) or later on Saturday, July 18, 2020.  If you require transportation to and from the airport, please email admissions@indstate.edu.  If you do not notify our office of your travel plans, there is no guarantee that you will have transportation.

Car

If you are traveling by car, please refer to this directions and parking map. Please note that students are permitted to bring their car for the week; however, driving during the program is prohibited.

Lodging

If you are traveling a great distance and prefer to stay in a hotel the day before the program starts, we recommend that accommodations be made at one of the following hotels:
