On any survey you create, you have the option to let others help you build the form or see the results. You will see a collaborate button next to tools. This option is only available on projects you create. Other users cannot turn around and add more users to this form. You will be the only person who has the option.

When you click on that option, a box will show up to let you add people to this form. Make sure the other people you add have access to ISU's qualtrics.
