OVERVIEW

The Pre-Professional Programs office at Indiana State University serves students planning to pursue careers in law or the health professions. The Professional Advisor assists students in developing an individualized plan for completing pre-requisites, identifying an appropriate departmental major, and navigating the application process.

Students in the Pre-Professional programs select a major field of study (degree program) during the second or third semester of study. A Faculty Advisor will then be assigned to help students develop a plan to meet ISU degree requirements for that major.

Pre-Professional students are encouraged to become active members of the campus community, engage in service activities, and work toward well-informed, critically thoughtful citizenship.
