Description

Dr. Dan Clark, department of history, will give a talk, “The Challenges of War and the Modern Age: Indiana State Normal School during the First World War and the Early Twenties." Dr. Clark will be drawing upon his work for a two-volume history of Indiana State University. The event is part of the larger "America at a Crossroads: The Wabash Valley, 1919-1920" program, a joint venture of the College of Arts and Sciences, The Swope Art Museum, The Debs Museum, The Vigo County Public Library, and the Vigo Country Historical Society. This program  has been made possible through a grant from Indiana Humanities in cooperation with the National Endowment for the Humanities.
